The warm sea breeze of Isla Solara rolls in, soft and salt-sweet. Carrying with it the hum of distant music, the scent of roasted fruit, and the low murmur of countless voices. Above, the sky melts from the last hues of sunset into a vast indigo canvas, streaked ever so faintly with starlight. But tonight… the stars won’t be the only things illuminating the heavens.

It is the **Night of Plenty**, the most cherished evening in Maravela, and perhaps across all the archipelago.

Once a year, when the sea calms and the moon hangs heavy and full above the waves, Scarfoxes from every isle gather beneath the glowing terraces and palm-lined shores of Maravela to celebrate abundance, gratitude, and the quiet, watchful blessing of the Lord of Plenty.

The Lord of Plenty—ancient, radiant, and revered—is said to dwell within the deepest tides, a divine being with scales that shimmer like liquid rainbows and eyes wise as the ocean itself. It is his blessing that brings fish to the nets, fruit to the trees, and song to the hearts of the Isles. And tonight, it is said… he sheds his scales upon the world.

But before the divine spectacle unfolds, the city itself transforms.

Banners ripple from balconies and carved coral archways. Lanterns in every hue—turquoise, gold, coral pink, and pearl-white—bob gently in the air and along the sea, casting the streets in a soft, festive glow. Merchants call out, offering sweets wrapped in banana leaves, glass bottles of fizzy nectar, and ribbons dyed in all the colors of the Isles. Everywhere, Scarfoxes laugh, dance, and prepare for what’s to come.

First, the Firework Festival, designed and perfected by the renowned artisan known as Hanabi, will ignite the sky in roaring, crackling splendor. His fireworks are no ordinary sparks—they twist and bloom in shapes of sea creatures, leaping fish, and spiraling waves, kissed with enchantment and artistry known only to the Isles' finest.

The Firework Festival is more than mere entertainment. It is the herald, the joyful announcement that the Lord of Plenty’s shedding draws near.

And when the final firework bursts like a blooming rainbow across the stars… the second part of the festival begins.

The Shedding of Plenty.

It starts subtly—glimmering scales, no larger than flower petals, drifting from the sky and sea. Some believe they are illusions, beautiful but harmless. Others whisper they are real, each scale carrying a sliver of divine magic, a blessing to whoever is lucky enough to find one.

The tradition is ancient. Scarfoxes roam the beaches and streets, gathering these scales, trading charms of admiration, and sharing feasts in honor of the Lord’s gift. The markets swell with art, music, and offerings. Friendly rivalries, impromptu races, and games unfold beneath the moon. Lanterns carrying dreams and whispered hopes drift across the water, glowing like a second starfield upon the waves.

Tonight is not a night of fear or battle.
It is a night of song, of fire, of joy—
A night of whispers carried on sea winds.
A night that carries joy on its horizon. 
A night where the skies bloom in flame and the sea shimmers with forgotten magic.
A night where Scarfoxes give thanks… and perhaps… where unexpected adventures begin.

The Night of Plenty has arrived. And somewhere within this crowd of faces, festivities, and drifting scales… a strange omen arises with a lingering thread dangling from the sun itself.

Salutations Scarfoxes of the Realm

We wanted to introduce a new chapter for our next lore event. This one involves a settlement in the UnderSea of the Biomes where the Sea Palace is located. This settlement was created during a time when a certain Sea God was trying out his powers for the first time. As the event goes, you will get to learn more and more about this wonderful area we are introducing to you all. There will be exploration, lore, and a new chapter for our dearly silly Sea God, Dipsi. There will come challenges for him in the future as we delve into his story, and of course, between Land and Sea, he will need your help and support to hopefully surpass these obstacles.

Scarfox craft their drums from woven reeds, hollowed driftwood, and stretched mist-infused fabrics, tuning them with carved runes and spirit thread—each beat meant not only to echo through the air, but to stir the Mist and call forth memory, emotion, or ancestral rhythm during rituals, celebrations, and battle rites.

The Night of Plenty is a luminous festival where the sky ignites with cascading fireworks, offerings are shared in abundance, and Scarfox gather beneath glowing lanterns to honor the Lord of Plenty—celebrating joy, generosity, and the blessings of the sea with music, feasts, and sacred dances that echo through the star-kissed night.

Cradled in the warm embrace of endless sea and sun, the Solenara Archipelago is a crescent-moon chain of islands glimmering like scattered jewels across the horizon. Each island holds its own pulse—lush with unique flora, rare resources, and fragments of ancient stories whispered by wind and wave. From mist-veiled grottos to cliffs that sing when the tide strikes true, the archipelago is a haven for Scarfox pilgrims, crafters, and dreamers alike, drawn to its mysteries and divine energies.

At its heart lies Isla Solara—the largest and most vibrant of the islands. A golden paradise of coral reefs, flowering jungles, and radiant meadows, Solara pulses with celebration and sacred tradition. Its cliffs rise like carved altars to the sky, its shores shimmer with tide-kissed sands, and its villages brim with color, music, and handcrafted beauty. It is here the Lord of Plenty is said to walk when the seasons change, where fireworks bloom during the Night of Plenty, and where explorers find not just relics of old, but echoes of joy, legacy, and living divinity. Solara is both heart and crown of the archipelago—a beacon of warmth in the shape of the moon's eternal smile.
