Scarfox-1983: Reso

Reso is a skilled assassin. In his past life, he was ended by an organized crime group along with his family. After recovering his memories, he vowed vengance against this group and continues to dismantle it one member at a time. He uses his sharp irregular claw-like fingers as his primary weapon. He is rarely seen without his mask as he uses it to conseal his identity.
