Billy stutters and fidgets a lot when he’s nervous. He is very introverted and takes a while to get comfortable and become friends but he’s always friendly and kind to everyone. However, he is often in his own head and is easily distracted making other’s think he is ignoring them or uninterested. He enjoys evenings and staying up late reading, crafting potions or watching other’s dreams. Billy works for a magical girl themed cafe during the day and he’s usually super clumsy, distracted and sleepy. He even has to dress up in a maid outfit so he's even more nervous and embarrassed. He only takes short naps when he absolutely needs to sleep but dislikes sleeping because he’s often plagued by bad dreams. Unfortunately, his sleep magic doesn’t work on himself. So he’s almost always drinking coffee or strong tea to keep himself awake. Billy loves sugar and sweet things too.

                     

Billy has the power of turning water into vapor. He can create things like fog, mist, haze and even gases and often uses other items mixed together to create certain effects. He’s very scientific, always does things by the book and is obsessed with control. Though sometimes he may let loose his emotions when he’s too excited and causes a lot of trouble.

                     

His main ability is using water vapors to use sleep magic. He can even give the sleeper dreams depending on what he mixes into the vapor. He uses a black vessel of water to scry on his sleeper’s dream to make sure all goes well.

Details

                       

Appearance: Billy has lots of soft wool-like fur. His tail is often overgrown and gets clumped into dreadlocks. He wears glasses but is embarrassed of them so he covers them with his hair. He likes to accessorize his scarf by adding bells, bowties and even jewelry to it.
